Among the elderly, herbs are appealing as a cost effective and non-invasive way to foster better health. However, many claims that can be found online and frequently referred to are unsubstantiated. While there may be some benefits to their use, there is limited scientific data and evidence that herbs for the elderly could potentially be used to treat or cure disease.
